The Civil Association "Alimentar Enseñando" has an estate of 6000 m2 in General Rodríguez, From May 2003 the Pro-Orchard Project organizes monthly training for the people who live near the dining room, using this property as a training center. This support is provided through technicians in the area.
Unfortunately, due to lack of manpower, the field and property is now operated only by a Bolivian family, which in return provides all vegetables needed to provide all the network of the community kitchens of "Alimentar Enseñando".
